The location is good - close to the beach, shops and restaurants, the lovely seaside promenade and beach and a nice area of Lanzarote. Staff is polite and welcoming, great job everyone.

Nice apartment in great location close to all the bars and restaurants, the hill to the strip and the main bars and restaurants which are situated on the sea front. Lovely and good staff, and the best host ever.

The apartment was simple with cosy atmosphere and location short walk to promenade, the local supermarket and restaurants and shops. The setting was nice. Also, it was based on top of a hill. The staff were pleasant in all circumstances, I greatly enjoyed them all.

We had twin room with patio, great value for money, as for instance. Staff were caring and very amiable here.

Liked most aspects, except location, it was not good.

I recently stayed at Tisalaya apartments for a week and it was a fantastic find! The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips on the island and recommending authentic restaurants. The apartments were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and bus stops nearby. I loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the stunning sunrises from our balcony. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

We had a really good stay in Puerto del Carmen next to the beach as well as the city center. Magnificent location in a very quiet area, liked it.

The location was peaceful and central. Loved that it was also near bars as well as shops.

Spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchens were great features of the accommodation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for guests.

There were a few negatives during our stay. Some guests were "claiming" the few available parasols for hours, leaving others without shade.

We stayed 4 nights here, nevertheless it was a real good experience. Stuff of our accommodation was courteous and well-mannered.

everything was absolutely nice and the rooms were spotless and air conditioned. we loved the venue and its fantastic and ideal setting. in fact, the property was just next door to the hill, all restaurants and bars are, and the sea.

I had a fantastic week at Apartamentos Tisalaya, enjoying the sunshine and exploring all the wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartments were spacious and bright, and I loved the sun terrace where I could relax and soak up the rays. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a microwave and pots. The bathroom had a bathtub, although it didn't have a stopper. The swimming pool right in front of the apartment was a great addition, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was even free parking available. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main promenade but far enough from the noisy streets. It was also easy to drive out of town for day trips. I highly recommend Apartamentos Tisalaya for a comfortable and convenient stay.

While there were many positives about my stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was patchy and frequently dropped out, which was a bit frustrating.

This place was located right next to the beach and restaurants, just as I was hoping for, and it was incredibly close to the city center.
